Cimboco, Cayman Islands – Dinner

A few years back I would frequent Cimboco every Sunday morning for their wonderful French Toast, however after around 50 portions of this the excitement drained away as I'd clearly overdosed on the cinnamon. I then found myself avoiding the restaurant in favour of numerous other Sunday Brunch destinations.

Over the last six months I've started going to Cimboco again but this time for dinner. After trying most of the starters I've settled on their lovely Bruschetta which is always perfectly drizzled with Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar. For the main I spent the first few months on the delicious Banana Wrapped Snapper with cassava and veggies, but have moved onto their NYC Steaks with mashed potatoes and snow peas – I think it's one of the Islands best!

And for dessert you ask? Yes the Cimboco pound-cake and Keylime Cheesecake are nice but at the top of the list and indeed what I ordered was Creme Brulee.
