Lunch at Agave in The Cayman Islands

My favourite Mexican on the Island is Agave, which is right next to the AL Thompson roundabout. Yes I know there's not exactly a huge selection of Mexicans on this island, but I've tried that other place – Carlo's & Martin's, and it has its focus more on the alcohol as opposed to the quality of the food.

Anyway, over the last year I've worked my way through the menu and settled on Nachos with guacamole and salsa followed by the Picante Pork with Jalapeno and Habanero burrito – wet!

The amount of nachos you get for that starter is enough for three people, and the guacamole is nice and fresh and none of this canned nonsense.

I like things spicy, so the Picante Pork burrito with all those jalapenos and their spicy cousins just fit the bill exactly. To say you'll be stuffed afterwards is an understatement:-)
